Through Explore AI and the Digital Literacy Lab, Futurenomic teaches the real skills modern work demands: prompting, working alongside AI agents, evaluating outputs, protecting your data, and using AI ethically on the job. Cohorts are designed for adults, returning workers, and youth who have been locked out of traditional tech pipelines.
Supported by the California Advanced Services Fund (CASF), our AI Workforce Readiness programming helps women, BIPOC professionals, and frontline workers translate AI literacy into promotions, new roles, and entrepreneurship — closing the gap between who builds AI and who benefits from it.
