How this work shows up in community.
Futurenomic's workforce work is built for the people California's labor market has historically left behind — Medi-Cal eligible adults, justice-involved jobseekers, opportunity youth, and BIPOC residents in under-resourced regions. We design industry-aligned pathways into healthcare, AI and digital roles, and the skilled trades, then surround each learner with the wraparound supports (transportation, childcare navigation, coaching, equipment) that determine whether training actually leads to a paycheck.
We partner directly with employers, sector intermediaries, community colleges, and workforce boards so cohorts graduate into real placements — not just credentials. Outcomes are tracked, employers are accountable, and every program is built to be repeatable across cities and care networks.
