How this work shows up in community.
Our youth work is built around a simple premise: teenagers are capable of designing real things that matter in their communities. We run project-based cohorts that pair young people with mentors in AI, digital media, entrepreneurship, and mental wellness — then ask them to ship: an app, a campaign, a small business, a piece of cultural work, a community research project.
Programming is intentionally designed for opportunity youth, justice-involved teens, and students from communities that are usually consulted last. Outputs are real; relationships are long; the bar is high.
