How much does corporate AI training cost?
Our sessions are $3,500 for up to 20 people, delivered either half-day or full-day, on-site or virtual. There is no per-seat surcharge inside that group size and no software to buy — teams use tools they already have access to. Larger organizations run multiple sessions by department.
How long is the training?
Half-day is roughly three hours and covers AI fundamentals, everyday prompting, reusable prompt templates, output review, and basic data guardrails. Full-day adds department breakouts where each group maps and automates one repetitive workflow before leaving.
Is the training customized to our company?
Yes. Before the session we collect the actual tasks your team wants to speed up, then build the exercises around those tasks. Teams practice on their own emails, reports, and workflows rather than generic demo prompts.
Do our employees need any AI experience?
No. Sessions are designed for mixed rooms where some people use AI daily and others have never opened a chat tool. The fundamentals segment brings everyone to the same floor before the hands-on work starts.
Can the training be delivered remotely?
Yes. On-site, virtual, or hybrid all work. Virtual sessions keep the same hands-on structure using breakout rooms for the exercises.
Who teaches the session?
It is led by the founder of Futurenomic Resources, a state-funded nonprofit that has trained more than 1,200 San Franciscans across 18 public AI and digital literacy workshops. The teaching approach comes from rooms with no prior technical background, which is why it holds up with mixed-experience corporate teams.
