What kind of job training does Futurenomic fund?
Career pathways into healthcare and community health work, AI and digital roles, and the skilled trades. Every pathway is industry-aligned, built with employers and workforce partners, and free to the participant.
Who do you serve?
Adults California's labor market has historically left behind: Medi-Cal eligible adults, justice-involved jobseekers, opportunity youth ages 14 to 24, and BIPOC residents in under-resourced regions of the state.
Why does a training program need donations if it gets public funding?
Public workforce funding pays for instruction. It rarely pays for the wraparound supports that determine whether training turns into a paycheck — transportation, childcare navigation, equipment, exam fees, and coaching after placement. Private gifts fund exactly that gap.
Is my gift tax deductible?
Yes. Futurenomic Resources is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Cash gifts from US taxpayers are deductible to the extent allowed by law and a receipt is emailed immediately.
Do you accept donor-advised fund grants, stock, or employer matches?
Yes to all three. Contact us for our EIN and transfer instructions, and submit our name through your employer's giving portal after you donate.
